Eminent domain
The power of the state government to take the private property and make it for public purpose against any objections of the owner of the property.
Employee
A person who is hired and get payed monthy for his work.
Employer
A person or firm who hires the services of other person called employee.
Employment
The state of being employed or having a job for which you are payed
ERISA
Acronym for the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, a law governing most private pension and benefit plans.
Escrow
Temporary deposit with a third party of assets by agreement between two parties to a contract. The money is released when the conditions of the contract are fully accomplished.
Estate
Generally it means all the property one ownes until he dies.
Estate planning
It's an act of passing your property to the ones you love wth a minimum of expenses after you die. It generally involves writing a will, living trust, healthcare directives etc.
Exchange
Also known as commute: exchange a penalty for a less severe one.
Exhibit
Show an attribute, property, knowledge, or skill; A document or other item introduced as evidence during a trial or hearing.
